We work with clients through defined projects, retainers, embedded partnerships, advisory relationships, or ad hoc interventions structured around what each team needs, rather than a fixed agency process. Where a project calls for it, we draw on a select network of specialists to support the work.

I started Make Human because I want to work with companies that are innovating, being brave, and challenging the status quo.
Research can sometimes feel expensive, time-intensive, and disconnected from the decisions that matter most. More informative than actionable. More process than outcome.
I want to change that to help ambitious companies harness the power of human-led decision making and show that research done right doesn’t slow you down; it’s what gives you the confidence to move fast in the right direction.
About me
My background spans both Fortune 500 companies and fast-moving European scale-ups, giving me a unique perspective on how to bridge structure with agility. I translate corporate-level research rigour into lean, startup-friendly strategies, knowing when a fast, targeted study is all a decision needs, and when slowing down to understand the fuller context is what stops a team from building the wrong thing at speed.
Whether it’s a lean MVP research approach, in-depth contextual interviews, or something in between, every engagement is designed to make insights actionable - not just delivered in a report, but shaped so they travel across the organisation and inform the decisions that matter most.
